Windmill Oaks is locally owned and managed. The owners have used their 40 years of experience in the manufactured home community industry in planning this community. A "hands on" approach is used to manage the day-to-day operations of the community.
Our community has high standards in the appearance and maintenance of properties and homes. Our rules are easy to follow and insure that the community os always a pleasant and peaceful place to live.
We are served by the City of Fredericksburg's "Superior" water and sewer system. Individual water meters are installed at each residence to measure customer usage. The City provides garbage collection services. Electricity is provided by the Central Texas Electric Co-op. Time Warner offers cable television and internet services. Satellite television and internet service is also available.
Cluster mail boxes are located in several parts of the community.
Location is everything and Windmill Oaks is located within 1 mile of the Hill Country Memorial Hospital and the HEB grocery store.

Windmill Oaks is located in the city limits of the City of Fredericksburg. The community receives all of the services the city offers including police ,fire and EMS services.
