All of our homes are multi-sectional and are fully tape and textured. We order each of our homes letting the customer select cabinetry, flooring, counter tops, appliances,colors, etc. After the selection process, Oak Creek will design and customize your home.
All homes are installed to the manufactured specifications. Utilities, including water, sewer, and electic are connected by licensed installer.
After your home is set, our contractor will add a garage, skirting, front and rear porching, and sidewalks. We make the process easy from start to finish.
